While I have 3 excellent watercolour workshops planned, all supplies included, you have complete freedom to express and paint whatever your heart desires.

Come with an open mind, be inspired and leave your ‘to-do list’ behind.

Food is an important factor when visiting a new country – for me atleast. Choose from Veg and Non-Veg options. For other more specific restrictions, please let us know upon registration.

Our hotel is located in the  Carvoeiro area and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle service into  town.

The Group Airport Transfers are complimentary. Please note the timing of transfer departure before booking your flight, if you plan to avail of this offer.

Yes, you can. Once you book your spot on the retreat, I am happy to provide the contact for our transfers. Transfers need to be booked months in advance for best rates. Alternatively, you can also book on your own.

Private transportation for our day trip will leave early to mid morning, after breakfast.
Wear comfortable shoes if you plan to explore the town and get some shopping in as well. This is your free time to explore a local town at your leisure and convenience.

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that helps your body release toxins, reduce fluid retention, and boost your immune system. Think of it as a reset for your internal flow — supporting detoxification, circulation, and relaxation at the same time.

All attendees get one 30 minute session, plus some all natural tea samples that come straight from Costa Rica.

One session alone can leave you feeling refreshed, but a series of three sessions over one week allows your body to fully reset! Each treatment builds on the last — encouraging natural drainage, improving circulation, and supporting your detox pathways for lasting results.

For those with low and limited mobility, please pay special attention to rooms when booking as some require a flight of stairs.

Our day trips are more like free time for you to explore the place so the amount of walking and stair climing you wish to do is entirely your call.

Payments will be made in two installments.

Payment #1 – A minimum of $800 Non-refundable deposit, due upon registration.
Payment #2 – Remainder due by March 31st, 2027

*Please note: Additional payments made outside of the two, will be at an additional processing cost of $50U.S.D. per transaction.
